About Charles Sullivan ...  

Charles "Chuck" Sullivan has more than 30 years experience in investments, securities analysis, legal investigations and small business consulting. For the last 20 years, he has served as president and CEO of Financial Investigations. Sullivan was appointed as a full-time investigator by the U.S. District Court in Denver during the Oklahoma City Bombing Trial from 1995 to 1997. He assisted special investigation units for national insurance companies in the areas of fraud prevention and claims settlement, specializing in auto dealerships. He has performed numerous investigations for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the FDIC throughout the United States.

Since 2002, Sullivan has exclusively conducted due diligence for hedge fund investors.

Over his 30-year career, Sullivan has become a highly regarded expert in analyzing financial statements and uncovering inconsistencies, contradictions and outright misrepresentations.

Sullivan holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Babson College (1969), Boston, MA.

About Paul Roberts...

Paul Roberts, Research Specialist, conducts the due diligence media research at Financial Investigations. He has researched nearly 2,000 managers and 400 firms for risk management and fraud prevention. Roberts, who received a B.S. from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, spent 12 years developing his research skills at the Departments of Physiology and Clinical Sciences at the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell. Roberts is also a freelance researcher/writer, and has lived and traveled in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Roberts is uniquely qualified and experienced in illuminating the personality and temperament of high-profile participants in the hedge fund industry. His media research often provides valuable insights into a manager's character, through their business and personal actions.
